General- All re-rates are done manually by the Commish. Re-Rates are FHL based and not NHL reality and the "Standards System" will be used and attributes can not change by more than 3 (with the exception of EX and LD). These re-rates can not be disputed. The following stats will be used for re-rates:
IT- Hits and PIMs for Skaters, Wins for Goaltenders
SP- Age, Goals Scored for Skaters, GAA for Goalies
ST- Age
EN- Age
DU- Age, Games Played
DI- PIM
SK- Age, Points Scored for Skaters, GAA/Save% for Goalies
PA- Assits
PC- Assists, Team's Defensive Play for Skaters, Save % for Goalies
DF- Team's Defensive Play
SC- Goals Scored
EX- Age, Team's Playoff Run
LD- Age, Playoff Productivity
The Standards System- This is the method of re-rates the commish will use. It's hard to explain so I will use an example:
Joe Blow has an SC of 62 and John Doe has an SC or 80. Both players score 25 goals and Blow's SC goes up to 65 and Doe's stays the same. This is because Blow exceeded his standard (because 62sc players don't usually score 25 goals) while Doe merely just met his standard (because 25 goals is about what an 80sc player should get).
Position Switches:
Position changes allowed if tsn.ca, hockeydb.com, sportsnet.ca faceoff.com or nhl.com lists the player as playing the position. If a web site does NOT list a player as playing the desired position, but rather says in his analyst that he can, he is still NOT allowed to change positions.
Prospect Creations:
General- For a prospect to be created, a GM must send the commish the player's sportsnet.ca, faceoff.com or hockeydb.com link along with the player name and position in which the GM wants them to play.
Guidelines- Creations are based on the prospect's NHL career to date, and their website analyst. Prospects will not be created any lower than 60ov and no higher than 74ov (skaters) or 75ov (goaltenders) at the commish's digression. These limits can disregarded at the commish's digression for "special players" (ie: Gretzky, Crosby, Ovechkin etc..)
