What is the limitation or rule on what players we can send down to the farm for the playoffs? I'm assuming there must be a rule which limits BuHL teams from sending their star players to the farm...

I'd think, although not certain, there are no restrictions as long as they players involved are able to be sent down without having to clear waivers.

Dave is mistaken. In order to avoid non-playoff teams icing their pro rosters in the farm playoffs teams are restricted to transfer players who have played 15 or more games with their farm affiliate once they are eliminated from the Pro playoffs.
Players do not get paid for the playoffs and as such are not lilkely to accept a demotion to the Ahl to risk their careers along side the professional B-List: fact.

how do we tell for sure how many games were played if we cant see? I want to send back down johnson and im pretty sure he only played 13 games...
as well, before i knew of this rule, i sent down malhotra, goertzen, clark and tallinder. theyre all under 26 so i figured this was allowed and was never subsequently stopped. what actions are going to be taken?

In order to see regular rosters just remove the "PLF-" from the page address. The existing players are fine Jordan, the rule applies to roster moves after a team has been eliminated from the Pro playoffs. In short, no action needs to be taken, and any farm call ups to your pro roster CAN return to help their teammates
