I only say 'unedited' because it's showing who owns the slots, not the actual picks. I'll have the actual picks up either today or tomorrow. The draft is looking to be Monday at 7pm, MST (That's 9EST, 6PST...8 Central).
Draft Order:
1. Nordiques 2. Rangers 3. Aeros 4. Blues 5. Raiders
6. Canucks 7. Oilers 8. Bruins 9. Americans 10. Saints 11. Flames 12. Spurs 13. Maples Leafs 14. Canadiens 15. Red Wings 16. Breakers 17. Jets 18. Knights 19. Blades 20. Racers 21. Senators 22. Blackhawks 23. Flyers 24. Crusaders 25. Whalers 26. Pittsburgh 27. Baltimore
Tie breaking proceedure:
Wins Goal differential
-
This means that trading is open for the draft. The window for trading is going to be thin (just before the draft and just after) as to not totally swamp me with work.

Im just wondering why the Knights are 25th...I was thinking that since they lost 1st round that it would be a better pick, same for the breakers? Because i see the Pens are picking last because of the final playoff standing. Im probably wrong but...just wondering

I did the final standings with the Cup winner picking last (with the exception being The Blades since he won the gambling tourney)
I'm not 100% on how they do it in the NHL. I *think* they do it. 1 - 28 - Based on standings 29 - Loser of the finals 30 - Cup Champion.
Which in that case would mean that there would be a displacement like so:
16. Flyers 17. Red Wings 18. Racers - Based on few wins over Crusaders and Senators 19. Crusaders - +20 Goal differential 20. Senators - +43 Goal differential 21. Breakers 22. Jets 23. Blackhawks 24. Knights 25. Whalers
I know which way Remo would probably want to go, how about the rest of you? (I'll finalize it later tonight, so if you have an opinion, get one in before I release the final list.)

Final initial draft order:
1. Rangers 2. Aeros 3. Nordiques 4. Blues 5. Raiders 6. Canucks 7. Bruins - Based on fewer wins than Oilers 8. Oilers 9. Americans 10. Flames - -23 Goal differential 11. Saints - +4 Goal differential 12. Blades - Based on wins over Saints and Flames 13. Spurs 14. Maple Leafs 15. Canadiens - -13 Goal differential 16. Flyers 17. Red Wings 18. Racers - Based on few wins over Crusaders and Senators 19. Crusaders - +20 Goal differential 20. Senators - +43 Goal differential 21. Breakers 22. Jets 23. Blackhawks 24. Knights 25. Whalers 26. Penguins 27. Blades - For the win in the gambling tourney. (This pick is NOT tradable)
- After a bit of research, I went with the NHL route and swapped The Whalers to 25th overall (runner up to the cup) and bumped everyone between 16th and 25h down one spot.

Knights picks should WAY earlier! right behind the other first round exits. Non-Playoff teams go in standing order then whoever is out of the playoffs each round. Thats how they end up with the Cup winner picking last.

I thought that ONLY the cup winner was moved anywhere outside of standings?
Lottery and cup winner, all others in reverse standings...
