Trading:
General- GMs can trade things, such as players, picks, cash and prospects. For a trade to be made official, both parties must post and agree to the trade in the message forum. If a GM, for whatever reason, can not agree to the trade in the forum e-mail confirmation will be excepted as well as MSN confirmation.
Trade Challenges:
Any GM can challange any trade that happens in thr forum. Once
a challange is made the commish a 3 random GMs at the Commish's chosing will review, debate, and vote on the trade. The vote most be 75% for overturning a trade in order for it to be over turned.
Illegal Trades:
It is deemed illegal for GMs to participate in "loan trades" where a team trades players to anotehr team to stack them for a playoff run only those players to be traded back at season's end. GM deemed to have participated in these trades will be fined a 1st round draft pick. Review, illegal trades would be subject to GM dismissal as opposed to punishing the team.
Waivers/Farm Send Downs:
Any player who is 26 years of age or over and has played 15 or more games in the current season is subject to waivers if sent down to the teams farm system. Any other player does not have to clear waivers.
Position Switches:
Position changes allowed if tsn.ca, hockeydb.com, sportsnet.ca faceoff.com, nhl.com or wikipedia.org lists the player as playing the position. If a web site does NOT list a player as playing the desired position, but rather says in his analyst that he can, he is still NOT allowed to change positions.
